100 Series Low-Flow Pumps

Watson-Marlow 100 Series pumps are a compact range of panel-mounted peristaltic pumps developed for manufacturers of medical, diagnostic, and laboratory equipment. Combining precision, reliability, and a compact footprint, the series has become an industry-standard OEM solution for a wide variety of fluid handling applications.

The signature flip-top pumphead design allows tubing to be replaced within seconds without the use of tools. The pumps provide stable and repeatable fluid transfer with minimal pulsation, making them ideal for handling sensitive reagents and biological fluids. 114DV and 116DV pumpheads are available with 4 or 6 rollers, together with DVP versions designed for higher-pressure applications.

The product range includes several drive options: 100 DriveSure stepper motor drives with industrial network support, 100ST stepper motor drives for precise speed control, 100FD fixed-speed DC motor drives, and 100VDL brushless DC motor drives with analog control. This variety enables OEM manufacturers to select the optimal solution for virtually any application.
