100 series pumpheads

Watson-Marlow 100 Series Pumpheads are among the company's most widely used OEM pumping solutions for medical, biotechnology, laboratory, and diagnostic equipment. Featuring the proven Flip-top design, they combine compact dimensions, simple maintenance, and highly accurate fluid handling in a reliable peristaltic pumphead.

The range includes the 114DV pumphead for standard flow applications and the 102R pumphead for lower flow rates. Both models provide smooth, repeatable fluid delivery and are compatible with continuous tubing featuring a 1.6 mm wall thickness in a variety of internal diameters.

The 114DV incorporates a spring-loaded track with adjustable occlusion, allowing the pumphead to be optimized for either standard- or high-pressure applications. Optional configurations include rotor sensors, lid-open detection, customized occlusion settings, and a choice of housing colors for OEM integration.

The 102R features a spring-loaded two-roller rotor that maximizes tubing life while maintaining stable pumping performance. The pumphead operates in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions, and its transparent safety cover provides quick access for tubing replacement. Optional Snap-in tubing connectors are also available instead of standard tubing clamps.
