Watson-Marlow 300 Series pumps are a range of compact panel-mounted peristaltic pumps developed for manufacturers of medical, diagnostic, and laboratory equipment. The series combines high performance, reliability, and ease of integration, making it an industry-standard OEM solution for a wide variety of fluid handling applications.
The pumpheads feature Watson-Marlow's quick-release flip-top design, allowing tubing to be replaced in seconds without the use of tools. Pumpheads with 3, 4, 6, and 8 rollers are available, enabling users to select the optimal balance of dosing accuracy, pulsation level, and flow performance for each application.
The product range includes several drive options, including DriveSure stepper motor drives with industrial Ethernet support, VDL and VBM brushless DC motor drives, and FAM and FDM drives for demanding operating conditions. Depending on the configuration, the pumps deliver continuous flow rates of up to 2 L/min and intermittent flow rates of up to 3 L/min.
Thanks to their modular design, the 300 Series pumps integrate easily into medical instruments, analytical systems, reagent preparation equipment, diagnostic devices, and laboratory installations. Additional pumpheads can be installed to create multi-channel dispensing systems without significantly increasing the equipment footprint.
