300 Series Flip-top Pumpheads

Watson-Marlow 300 Series Flip-top Pumpheads combine high flow performance, simple operation, and the company's proven Flip-top tubing loading design, making them an industry-standard solution for medical, biotechnology, diagnostic, laboratory, and OEM equipment. The quick-loading mechanism enables tubing replacement within seconds while minimizing the risk of incorrect installation.

The series is supplied as standalone pumpheads for integration with OEM drive systems. Models are available with 3, 4, 6, or 8 rollers, allowing users to optimize the balance between maximum flow rate, pumping accuracy, and flow pulsation. The 313D three-roller pumphead delivers the highest flow capacity, while four-, six-, and eight-roller versions provide smoother fluid transfer with significantly reduced pulsation.

The pumpheads are compatible with nine tubing sizes and support both 1.6 mm standard-wall tubing and 2.4 mm thick-wall tubing for higher-pressure applications. When required, the system can be expanded using 313X or 314X extension pumpheads, allowing up to six independent flow channels to operate from a single drive.

The housing is manufactured from high-strength IXEF engineering polymer, providing excellent rigidity and long service life. Pumpheads are available in multiple color options and can be supplied either as standalone OEM components or as part of complete Watson-Marlow pumping systems.
