300MC Series Pumpheads

Watson-Marlow 300MC Series Pumpheads are designed for low-flow, multi-channel applications requiring high dosing accuracy, compact dimensions, and easy maintenance. Their innovative microcassette design allows each cassette, complete with pre-installed tubing, to be replaced independently without affecting the operation of neighboring channels, minimizing downtime during servicing.

The range includes the 314MC with a four-roller design for maximum flow performance and the 318MC featuring an eight-roller mechanism for smoother flow with significantly reduced pulsation. Both pumpheads are configured with five pumping channels and are designed to operate at speeds of up to 110 rpm.

The modular platform allows additional MCX and MCX3 extension pumpheads to be installed. Depending on the selected drive, a complete system can be expanded to 15 independent channels, making the 300MC Series an ideal solution for analytical instruments, diagnostic equipment, and laboratory automation systems.

Each microcassette incorporates a dual-segment tubing design, extending tubing service life by approximately twice that of conventional tubing systems. The quick-release cassette mechanism enables fast tubing replacement while allowing the remaining channels to continue operating uninterrupted.
