About the Product
Watson-Marlow 400/A Series pumps are the smallest peristaltic pumps in the Watson-Marlow portfolio, specifically engineered for precision micro-flow applications. Measuring only 31 × 48 mm, they integrate easily into compact medical, diagnostic, and laboratory instruments where space and dosing accuracy are critical.
The series is available for both continuous tubing and pre-assembled tubing elements, allowing OEM manufacturers to select the most suitable configuration for their application. The pumps support tubing with 0.85 mm and 0.9 mm wall thickness, ensuring stable, repeatable, and accurate fluid delivery.
A spring-loaded pumphead guide maintains constant tubing compression, improving dosing precision while significantly extending tubing service life. The pumps are available as standalone pumpheads or complete assemblies with fixed-speed DC motors, variable-speed DC motors, or stepper motors for enhanced flow control.
With a choice of standard or high-pressure pumpheads, multiple drive options, and black, white, or custom color finishes, the 400/A Series provides a flexible OEM solution for precision micro-dosing applications.
