400/B series panel mount pumps

Watson-Marlow 400/B Series pumps are a range of multi-channel panel-mounted peristaltic pumps developed for medical, diagnostic, and laboratory instruments requiring the simultaneous delivery of multiple fluid streams with high precision. Available in single-, dual-, and triple-channel configurations, the series provides an ideal OEM solution for a wide variety of fluid handling applications.

The range includes B1, D2, and D3 pumpheads. The B1 single-channel version operates with continuous tubing featuring a 1.6 mm wall thickness, while the D2 and D3 multi-channel versions use pre-assembled 1.0 mm wall thickness tubing elements, ensuring accurate flow rates and simplified maintenance.

A spring-loaded pumphead guide maintains constant tubing compression, improving flow consistency while significantly extending tubing life. The adjustable occlusion mechanism allows users to optimize the pump either for higher operating pressure or maximum tubing service life. The pumps are capable of operating at pressures of up to 3 bar.

The 400/B Series is available with DC motors, brushless DC motors, stepper motors, and synchronous AC motors. Combined with its compact panel-mounted design, the wide choice of drive options makes the series easy to integrate into medical, analytical, and laboratory equipment.
