400A Series Pumpheads

Watson-Marlow 400A Series Pumpheads are the smallest pumpheads in the Watson-Marlow portfolio, specifically designed for applications requiring precise control of low flow rates. With compact dimensions of just 31 × 48 mm, they can be easily integrated into medical devices, laboratory instruments, analytical systems, and OEM equipment where installation space is limited.

The series is available in two configurations—continuous tubing and tubing element versions—allowing manufacturers to select the most suitable option for their application. The pumpheads are compatible with a wide range of compact DC motors as well as stepper motors, providing accurate speed control and highly repeatable flow performance.

A spring-loaded track maintains consistent tubing occlusion, reducing tubing wear while extending service life and ensuring stable, repeatable fluid delivery. Both standard-pressure and high-pressure versions are available, together with black, white, or custom-colored housings to match OEM design requirements.

The pumpheads can be supplied as standalone OEM components or integrated with 400A Series pumps, making them a versatile solution for manufacturers of medical, diagnostic, and laboratory equipment.
