About the Product
Watson-Marlow 500 Series High-Flow Panel Mount Pumps are compact peristaltic pumps engineered for seamless integration into OEM equipment, laboratory instruments, and industrial process systems. The series combines high performance, reliability, and flexible control options, making it suitable for a wide variety of fluid handling applications.
The range supports 520R and 520R2 pumpheads for continuous tubing, as well as 520REL, 520REM, and 520REH pumpheads for LoadSure® tubing elements. These pumpheads enable fast, tool-free tubing replacement while providing operating pressures of up to 7 bar, depending on the selected configuration.
Multiple drive options are available, including 520 DriveSure, 520FAM, 520FDM, and 520VBM, with AC, DC, and brushless DC motor configurations. DriveSure models support advanced communication protocols including EtherNet/IP™, PROFINET®, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, and digital control for seamless integration into automated production systems.
Using proven peristaltic pumping technology, the fluid contacts only the inside of the tubing, eliminating product contamination while reducing maintenance requirements. Routine servicing is limited to tubing replacement, which can typically be completed in approximately one minute.
