The 620Di pumps combine industrial power and durability with unrivalled dispensing accuracy, delivering up to 18 L/min and pressure of up to 4 bar. The pump memory can store up to 50 dispensing programs using a simple interface with an on-screen keyboard. The pump outputs batch records in accordance with cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) requirements.
Precise and fast dispensing for ultimate batch consistency. System capacity is 500 ml dispensed in 3.5 seconds with ±0.5% accuracy.

About the Product
The Watson-Marlow 620Di is a high-performance benchtop dispensing pump designed for applications requiring high flow rates, precise dosing, and reliable operation. It is suitable for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food & beverage, chemical, and laboratory industries, supporting both high-volume filling and continuous fluid transfer.
The pump delivers flow rates of up to 18 L/min at pressures of up to 4 bar, while maintaining dosing accuracy of up to ±0.5%. Using proven peristaltic technology, the process fluid comes into contact only with the inner surface of the tubing, eliminating the risk of contamination and simplifying product changeovers.
The 620Di stores up to 50 dispensing programs for fast recipe selection and features a brushless DC motor with a 2650:1 speed control range. Adjustable ramp, deceleration, and anti-drip functions ensure accurate handling of sensitive process fluids.
The 620Di can operate as a standalone dispensing system or be integrated into automated production lines. With digital control interfaces, production reporting, and cGMP support, it provides a reliable solution for modern automated manufacturing.
