The Watson-Marlow 630 Series is engineered for continuous industrial operation where high flow rates, reliable fluid handling, and seamless automation are essential. Delivering flow rates of up to 18 L/min, the series is ideal for both process fluid transfer and continuous dosing across a wide range of industrial applications.

The peristaltic pumping principle keeps the process fluid completely contained within the tube, eliminating contact with mechanical components. This enables the safe handling of aggressive chemicals, abrasive slurries, high-viscosity fluids, and shear-sensitive products while preventing contamination and preserving product integrity.

The 630 Series is compatible with a range of pumpheads for both continuous tubing and LoadSure® tube elements, allowing each pump to be configured for the required flow rate, pressure, and chemical compatibility. Fast tube replacement minimizes maintenance time and helps maximize equipment uptime.

A full-colour display, intuitive user interface, and support for industrial communication protocols enable seamless integration with existing process control systems, ensuring reliable 24/7 operation in demanding production environments.
