About the Product
MasoSine Certa Plus is a range of hygienic sinusoidal process pumps designed for the food, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. The unique sinusoidal rotor provides gentle product handling, delivering a smooth, virtually pulse-free flow while preserving product structure and quality.
Compared with conventional lobe and rotary piston pumps, Certa Plus offers lower shear when transferring high-viscosity and shear-sensitive products, minimizing foaming and protecting delicate ingredients throughout the process.
The pump is highly energy efficient, consuming up to 50% less energy than conventional lobe pumps when handling viscous media. A simple design featuring a single shaft and a single mechanical seal reduces maintenance requirements and lowers operating costs.
The Certa Plus range meets modern hygienic standards and supports both CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) procedures, making it ideal for hygienic processing applications in demanding production environments.
