About the Product
The Flexicon FC10 and FC32 are benchtop semi-automatic capping machines designed for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics, food & beverage, and laboratory industries. They provide consistent screw cap torque, improving packaging quality and reducing operator variability.
The FC10 is designed for containers from 10 to 500 mL with cap sizes up to 50 mm, while the FC32 accommodates containers up to 1,000 mL with caps up to 65 mm. Interchangeable cap grips ensure secure handling and consistent capping across different closure formats.
Torque is adjustable from 0.3 to 4 Nm, allowing the machines to be configured for a wide range of cap materials and container types. The pneumatic drive provides smooth, repeatable operation while minimizing operator effort.
The compact benchtop design is suitable for installation in LAF cabinets, Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), and GMP-compliant cleanrooms. Fast changeovers and simple operation make the FC10 and FC32 ideal for small- and medium-scale production.
