About the Product

The FlexFeed 15/20 is a semi-automatic filling system designed for manufacturers of sterile products requiring higher productivity than manual filling while avoiding the complexity of fully automated production lines.

The system automatically feeds and positions vials before performing high-precision peristaltic filling. Containers can then be transferred to the operator for manual stoppering or integrated with semi-automatic stoppering and capping modules to create a flexible filling solution.

Using Flexicon peristaltic technology with a single-use fluid path, the product comes into contact only with the sterile tubing. This eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, simplifies cleaning, and enables fast product changeovers between manufacturing batches.

Its compact design allows installation inside LAF cabinets or cleanroom environments, making the FlexFeed 15/20 an ideal solution for pilot production, clinical trial batches, and small-scale commercial manufacturing.
