The FlexFeed30 is a tabletop bottle filling and capping system that provides effective, thorough screw cap tightening, reduces the risk of operator injury and is an excellent alternative to costly fully automatic solutions for flexible, small-batch production.

The FlexFeed30 meets the requirements of flexible small-batch production, while ensuring a consistent product quality that cannot be achieved with manual filling and capping. It delivers an excellent return on investment, when switching from manual filling and capping systems.

A complete bottle and cap changeover can be completed in less than 5 minutes. The system uses only single use hoses preventing cross contamination and ensuring process reliability. The small size of the machine makes it easy to be installed in different locations within a production facility, including within a laminar flow hood.

About the Product

The FlexFeed 30 is a semi-automatic benchtop filling and capping system designed for small-scale pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, and laboratory production. It improves productivity and process consistency while maintaining the flexibility required for low-volume manufacturing.
The system automatically positions bottles and applies screw caps with controlled tightening torque. It can be integrated with Flexicon PF7/PF7+ or Watson-

Marlow 520Di peristaltic dispensers to create a compact semi-automatic filling line. Peristaltic technology provides accurate dosing, drip-free operation, and minimal product loss.

The FlexFeed 30 accommodates a wide range of screw caps, including dropper caps and other specialty closures. Tool-free changeovers between different bottle and cap formats can be completed in less than five minutes, maximizing production flexibility.

Its compact benchtop design is suitable for installation inside LAF cabinets and GMP-compliant cleanrooms. An optional conveyor can be added to automatically transfer finished products to downstream labeling or packaging operations.

In the standard configuration of FlexFeed30 the filled and capped bottles leave the machine on a tray. However, it can be customized so that all bottles are placed onto a conveyor belt going to labelling machine, even further increasing the overall productivity of the manufacturing process. The FlexFeed30 can be connected to Flexicon PF7 or 520Di peristaltic filler-pump for greater flexibility in filling containers of different sizes and shapes, eliminating costly overfilling, reduced foaming and preventing liquid leaking from the system between fills.
