FP50 is a compact aseptic liquid filling system ideal for small-to-medium sized batches within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
Filling is carried out by the integrated, highly accurate peristaltic dispenser which ensures optimal accuracy of microdose filling preventing the overfilling of expensive liquids. Automatic purging can be programmed before, during and after the liquid filling process.
The operator can completely reconfigure the system to work with different liquids, vials or stoppers within five minutes without any external technical support. This ensures an excellent return on investment.

The FP50 can be adapted to different sizes of trays at the inlet and outlet. The feed tray can also be positioned at the front of the FP50 or on the left side of the unit.

About the Product
The Flexicon FP50 is a fully automatic benchtop aseptic filling system that combines high-precision peristaltic dispensing, automatic stopper placement, and fast changeovers between different vial formats. It is designed for small- and medium-scale production in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology laboratories, and drug development facilities.
Its integrated peristaltic filling system delivers exceptional dosing accuracy, including for low-volume applications, helping minimize product loss and reduce the risk of overfilling valuable pharmaceutical products. Optional inert gas flushing can be performed before, during, and after the filling process, allowing the system to be configured for a wide range of aseptic manufacturing requirements.
One of the key advantages of the FP50 is its ability to switch between different products, vial sizes, and stopper formats in less than five minutes without the need for specialist service support or removing the equipment from the cleanroom. Universal change parts help reduce tooling costs and maximize production flexibility.
The compact footprint makes the FP50 ideal for installation inside LAF cabinets, RABS, and isolators, while cGMP compliance and the use of a single-use aseptic fluid path simplify validation, cleaning, and preparation between production batches.
