About the Product
The Flexicon FS10 and FS32 are semi-automatic benchtop vial crimping machines designed for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, and laboratory industries. They provide consistent aluminium cap crimping, ensuring reliable vial sealing while reducing operator variability.
The FS10 is designed for small vials with DIN Ø8–20 mm aluminium caps, including Flip-Off® closures. The FS32 accommodates larger vials with DIN Ø20–32 mm caps. Both machines are compatible with Schott vials and other standard pharmaceutical and laboratory containers.
The pneumatic drive delivers uniform crimping with minimal operator effort. Interchangeable crimping heads and vial holders enable fast changeovers between different vial formats, minimizing production downtime.
The compact benchtop design allows installation inside LAF cabinets and Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs). Designed for cGMP-compliant environments, the machines also feature an exhaust air management system that helps maintain a clean working area.
