Flexicon OEM controllers are designed for equipment manufacturers integrating Flexicon peristaltic pumps into automated filling and dispensing systems. They provide centralized pump control, high dispensing accuracy, and seamless integration with existing automation platforms.
The product range includes three models:
- MC100 – interface-free controller designed for operation via external PLC/HMI systems.
- MC12 – standalone master controller with an integrated LCD display and onboard software.
- MC12P – industrial version of the MC12, designed for multi-station filling systems.
Each controller can manage up to 16 Flexicon pumps, supporting parallel, sequential, and independent operation to simplify system expansion and increase production flexibility.
The controllers support dispensing parameter configuration, recipe management, automatic recalibration using checkweigher feedback, and production data collection, making them an ideal control solution for modern automated filling lines.
