About the Product
Flexicon OEM filling modules are ready-to-integrate dispensing solutions for automated filling systems used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and laboratory industries. They enable equipment manufacturers to incorporate proven peristaltic filling technology without developing a dispensing system from the ground up.
Based on proven peristaltic technology, the process fluid comes into contact only with the inner surface of the tubing. This eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, simplifies validation, and enables rapid replacement of the single-use fluid path.
The compact modules integrate easily into automated production lines and are fully compatible with Flexicon MC100, MC12, and MC12P OEM controllers. They support synchronized pump operation and can be configured as multi-channel filling systems for increased production capacity.
With high dispensing accuracy and flexible integration, Flexicon OEM filling modules are ideally suited for aseptic filling, diagnostic reagent manufacturing, and laboratory automation, where process reliability and consistent performance are essential.
