About the Product
The Flexicon PF22 is a benchtop peristaltic filling pump designed for aseptic dispensing into vials, bottles, tubes, bags, and other containers used in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic, and food & beverage industries. Its wide filling range allows a single system to handle multiple dispensing applications.
Using proven peristaltic technology, the process fluid comes into contact only with the medical-grade tubing and dispensing needle. This eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, simplifies cleaning, and allows the complete fluid path to be replaced in less than one minute.
The PF22 delivers filling repeatability of better than ±0.5%. Adjustable speed, acceleration, deceleration, and anti-drip suction help prevent foaming, splashing, and post-fill dripping, making the system ideal for handling high-value and sensitive products.
The PF22 can operate as a standalone benchtop filling station or be integrated with FlexFeed container handling systems and automated production lines. Designed for cGMP-compliant cleanroom environments, it provides a flexible solution for modern aseptic filling applications.
