About the Product
The Flexicon PF7 and PF7+ are benchtop peristaltic filling systems designed for high-precision liquid dispensing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostic industries. Using proven peristaltic technology, the product comes into contact only with the single-use tubing, eliminating the risk of cross-contamination and enabling fast product changeovers.
Both models deliver filling accuracy of better than ±0.5%, while minimizing foaming, splashing, and product dripping between dispensing cycles. An intuitive touchscreen interface, recipe management, and integrated balance connectivity for automatic calibration simplify operation in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments.
The PF7+ adds advanced process automation, including Zero Waste Start-up, dynamic recalibration, 100% in-process fill-weight control, electronic batch records, and compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. These features help reduce product loss while increasing process reliability and traceability.
The compact benchtop design allows the PF7 and PF7+ to operate as standalone filling systems or to be integrated with FlexFeed 15, FlexFeed 20, FlexFeed 30, and fully automated Flexicon filling lines as production requirements grow.
