Qdos Dispensing Pumps

Watson Marlow Pumps
Industrial equipment

Qdos peristaltic chemical dispensing pumps deliver consistent performance up to 9 bar and offer a unique advantage over diaphragm metering pumps.

Qdos pumps feature long maintenance intervals reducing the impact of process downtime and the total cost of ownership.

Qdos Dispensing Pumps

About the Product

The Qdos range of peristaltic metering pumps is engineered for accurate chemical dosing across industrial processing, water treatment, and food & beverage applications. Delivering consistent flow rates at pressures up to 9 bar, Qdos pumps maintain exceptional dosing accuracy even as process conditions change.

Unlike conventional diaphragm metering pumps, Qdos operates without check valves, pulsation dampeners, or other auxiliary equipment. This simplifies installation, reduces maintenance requirements, and lowers the total cost of ownership.

The patented ReNu pumphead is a fully sealed, tool-free replacement module that can be changed in minutes, minimizing maintenance time and reducing unplanned downtime.

The product range includes Qdos 20, Qdos 30, Qdos 60, Qdos 120, Qdos CWT, and Qdos H-FLO, providing the right solution for a wide variety of dosing applications.

All wetted materials comply with FDA and EC 1935/2004 requirements, making Qdos suitable for hygienic food and beverage processes where product safety is essential.

Valve-Free Design

The valve-free pumping principle eliminates the clogging and maintenance issues associated with conventional metering pumps, ensuring reliable operation with contaminated, viscous, and particle-laden fluids.

High Dosing Accuracy

A linear dosing characteristic delivers consistent, repeatable flow regardless of changes in pressure, viscosity, or suspended solids, helping reduce chemical consumption and improve process efficiency.

Tool-Free Pumphead Replacement

The patented ReNu pumphead is a sealed, quick-change module that can be replaced in minutes without tools or specialist service personnel, minimizing maintenance time and eliminating the risk of leaks.

Runs Dry & Handles Gas-Entrained Fluids

Qdos pumps can safely run dry, handle gas-containing fluids, and provide suction lift of up to 9 metres, making them ideal for sampling systems and sodium hypochlorite dosing applications.

No Auxiliary Equipment Required

Qdos pumps operate without check valves, pulsation dampeners, degassing devices, filters, or float switches, simplifying installation and allowing direct integration into existing process lines.

Versatile Across Industries

Suitable for water treatment, chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and many other industrial applications. Versions compliant with FDA and EC 1935/2004 requirements are available for hygienic processes involving food and beverage production.
No need for ancillary equipment
Diaphragm dispensing pump often requires a range of high maintenance additional equipment.
Qdos pumps eliminate the need for ancillary equipment while ensuring accurate, linear and repeatable dispensing across all process conditions.
