About the Product

Qdos H-FLO is the highest-capacity model in the Qdos range of peristaltic metering pumps, engineered for applications requiring flow rates of up to 600 L/h. It combines high throughput with the exceptional dosing accuracy that defines the Qdos series, while delivering extended maintenance intervals and a lower total cost of ownership.

Unlike conventional diaphragm metering pumps, Qdos H-FLO operates without check valves, pulsation dampeners, degassing devices, foot valves, or suction strainers. This simplifies system design, reduces potential failure points, and delivers stable, linear, and repeatable dosing regardless of process conditions.

The pump is designed to accommodate interchangeable ReNu pumpheads optimized for different chemicals and operating environments while using a common drive. An integrated RFID system automatically verifies that the correct pumphead has been installed, helping prevent maintenance errors and ensuring reliable operation.
