About the Product
Quantum is an innovative single-use bioprocessing pump specifically engineered for modern biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Featuring patented ReNu SU (Single-Use) technology, the pump provides sterile product transfer without the need for cleaning between production batches, reducing preparation time while minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.
The pump is optimized for Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Virus Filtration (VF), and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) applications. Its highly linear flow performance and 4,000:1 speed control range enable precise transmembrane pressure control and stable operation across the entire operating range.
The patented ReNu SU cartridge installs quickly without tools and is supplied with sterile aseptic connectors. Quantum delivers ultra-low shear performance—approximately twice as gentle as diaphragm pumps—making it ideal for handling sensitive biological products while maximizing product recovery.
Quantum features a full-color display, intuitive user interface, three-level PIN security, analog and digital remote control capabilities, and a robust IP66 / NEMA 12/13 enclosure designed for demanding biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
