Speed control boards

Watson-Marlow Speed Control Boards are designed to control 102FD/R and 313FD/D panel mount pumps equipped with 12 V DC motors. They provide precise motor speed regulation, remote start/stop capability, and easy integration with external control systems, making them ideal for OEM, laboratory, and medical applications.

The range includes two models — 400SCB/424 and 400SCB/534 — both manufactured in a standard Eurocard format with a 32-way edge connector. The board for the 100 Series incorporates an onboard power transistor, while the version designed for the 300 Series supports higher power outputs and is mounted to an external heatsink for improved thermal management.

Multiple speed control methods are supported, including an external potentiometer, a 0–5 V DC analog input, or connection to an external controller. Optional features include motor reverse operation, power status LED, Prime (maximum speed) mode, onboard potentiometer, and AC power supply options.

Supplied with complete wiring and calibration documentation, the speed control boards provide a reliable and flexible solution for manufacturers integrating Watson-Marlow panel mount pumps into medical instruments, laboratory analyzers, and automated fluid handling systems.
