Suitable for industrial applications at up to 15 bar and up to 99.000 L/h. The SPS pumps are able to transfer products with viscosities from 1 cP to 8 mln cP with powerful suction up to 0.85 bar.
Capable of safely pumping soft solids up to 60 mm, maintaining the end product quality and delivering high capacity.
Maintenance takes a few minutes and can be performed in place by a line operator. The SPS series pumps come with a 20-year warranty on housing and front cover.

About the Product

The MasoSine SPS is a range of industrial sinusoidal pumps engineered for demanding process applications where high capacity, exceptional reliability, and gentle product handling are essential. Its unique sinusoidal pumping principle delivers a smooth, low-shear flow, preserving the integrity of high-viscosity products and fluids containing delicate solids.

Unlike conventional pump technologies, the SPS delivers flow rates of up to 99,000 L/h at pressures of up to 15 bar, while minimizing pulsation and product aeration. It handles fluids with viscosities ranging from 1 cP to 8,000,000 cP without requiring changes to the pump configuration.

The modular design supports a wide range of drive options and connection types, allowing the pump to be configured for virtually any process application. Routine maintenance can be completed on-site within minutes, without removing the pump from the production line.

The MasoSine SPS supports both CIP and SIP cleaning processes and complies with FDA, EC 1935/2004, and ATEX standards. A 20-year warranty on the pump housing and front cover reflects its robust construction and long-term reliability.
