About the Product

The Cellefill is a fully integrated Fill & Finish platform that combines high-precision peristaltic filling, advanced isolation technology, and intelligent process control in a single automated system. It is specifically designed for manufacturers of cell and gene therapies (CGT), biologics, vaccines, and other high-value sterile products.

Unlike conventional filling lines, Cellefill is delivered as a complete turnkey solution with an integrated isolator, environmental monitoring, and recipe-driven manufacturing software. This approach simplifies validation, reduces implementation time, and accelerates the transition from process development to commercial production.

Its high-precision peristaltic filling technology accurately dispenses volumes from microliters up to 50 mL with filling accuracy of up to ±1%. An integrated in-process control system supports 100% fill-weight verification, helping minimize product loss and reducing waste during production start-up.

The Cellefill platform is available in three configurations—oRAB, iASP, and iBIO—allowing manufacturers to select the appropriate level of sterility assurance and containment for their application. With no format parts required, the system can be rapidly configured for different RTU vials, maximizing production flexibility while minimizing downtime.
