FlexFeed 15/20

FlexFeed 15 (FF15) is a rotary vial/bottle feeding system designed for use with Flexicon’s filling systems. The FF15 is capable of filling up to 2000 containers per hour while maintaining consistent product quality that cannot be achieved with manual or semi-automatic systems. The FF15 allows even unstable vials/bottles to be filled, as the speed at which they are fed to the filling needle is fully adjustable. The range of container sizes for automatic filling varies from 0.1 ml to approximately 100 ml.
FlexFeed 20 (FF20) is a part of modular automatic filling system for vials/bottles sizes from 12 mm/0.47” up to 78 mm/3.07” delivering maximum process flexibility. Used with Flexicon peristaltic filler-pump the liquids can be filled with high precision in a range from microdoses to more than 500 ml. The FF20 can be set-up in less than two minutes, with no tools, additional parts or special skills required.
The system is very easy to use thanks to an intuitive interface with pictograms. With the interface on the front of the unit, settings can easily be adjusted and at the same time the risk of open vials contamination by operators is prevented.
The speed at which the vials/bottles are fed to the filling needle in FlexFeed15 or FlexFeed20 is fully adjustable, allowing unstable, small-sized vials or bottles to be filled.
Depending on the space available at the customer’s site and the required flow of bottles, the FlexFeed15 can be supplied in three different configurations: with a front loading tray, a side loading tray or without loading tray. Each option has its own part number stated in the brochure. On the FlexFeed20, the loading tray for bottles/vials can be moved from the front to the side of the system.
