Hovermap ST-X

Geotechnical solutions

The Hovermap ST-X is an advanced solution based on the successful Hovermap ST platform, equipped with advanced LiDAR technology for generating high-density point clouds with a range of up to 300 meters and a throughput of over 1 million points per second. This enables rapid, accurate data acquisition over large areas.

The ST-X operates effectively both outdoors and indoors, delivering centimeter-level accuracy thanks to Wildcat SLAM technology, an automatic control point (AGCP) system, and an improved LiDAR sensor.

Thanks to its versatile design, the Hovermap ST-X can be used with drones (even without GPS), manually, in a backpack, or on a vehicle. This enables fast and accurate surveys in minutes instead of hours.
Its rugged and sealed design (IP65) allows for use in the harshest conditions—underground, above ground, indoors, and outdoors. Order advanced Hovermap ST-X lidars from us at competitive prices in Kazakhstan.

In addition to improving scan quality in normal conditions, the Hovermap ST with GCP can be used to perform accurate scans in conditions that were previously challenging for SLAM-based systems, such as long, straight sections of tunnels with smooth surfaces that SLAM lidar systems had difficulty positioning.
Hovermap ST-X
The next generation of autonomous 3D scanning
Increased accuracy and reliability
A sharper, more accurate point cloud with centimeter-level accuracy for long-range terrestrial scanning enables more precise measurements and clearer features for improved understanding. Use in combination with Emesent automated ground control points (optional) for increased survey accuracy.
Exceptional penetration through vegetation
Emesent Aura enables scan processing and visualization on one intuitive platform, simplifying the process of processing, viewing, and analyzing point clouds for Hovermap users to gain faster insights and improve decision making.
The Hovermap ST-X transmits a real-time point cloud to a control tablet, allowing you to view data directly while surveying. Adding an Emesent Long Range Radio (optional*) increases the device's data transmission and control range by up to 20 times, allowing you to view real-time data and set navigation points at even greater distances.
Viewing data while shooting
Rugged, sealed construction for harsh environments
Dust and splash resistance makes the device ideal for use in dusty or other harsh environments.
The inclusion of an accessory connector and mounting points expands the capabilities of the Hovermap ST-X, allowing the addition of a long-range radio and image-painting equipment.
Additional accessories to meet your needs
Scanning inaccessible places
Advanced autonomy and 360-degree collision avoidance enable flight and mapping in challenging environments, including beyond line-of-sight and communication range, even in GPS-denied conditions, providing valuable new data while the operator remains in a safe location.
Automatic configuration of connected devices and a quick-release mechanism allow for easy switching from drone use to handheld, backpack-mounted, vehicle-mounted, or ground-mounted scanning. This versatility allows for easy collection of important data in any environment.
Unrivaled versatility and installation options
Scan larger areas in less time
With a LiDAR scanning range of 300 m, the Hovermap ST-X flies higher and faster, expanding coverage and accelerating data collection over large areas. Fewer flights are required to cover a large area, reducing setup, compaction, and relocation time, as well as the time spent merging scans.
