Peristaltic Fillers

Flexicon peristaltic units offer a flexible and reliable solution for biopharmaceutical and diagnostic industries where commercial-scale liquid filling is required. The fully isolated liquid delivery eliminates the risk of cross-contamination. Peristaltic fillers are the ideal choice for industrial filling for clinical trials or manufacturing environments that comply with cGMP (current good manufacturing practices) requirements.
Designed for intensive use for a fast return on investment the filling units can simultaneously supply liquid to a maximum of 15 peristaltic filling nozzles (of the same model).

PD series pump heads
Designed for horizontal installation the PD12P filler-heads can fill volumes from microdoses to more than 250 ml. The PD12 series pump heads are optimized for use with Accusil platinum cured silicone tubing and WMArchitect filling/refilling single-use heads. The PD12PS filler-head provides a vertical integration option.

PD12 industrial pump heads are available in anodized aluminium and stainless steel and allow for vertical or horizontal integration. The rounded surface of PD12 pump heads ensures easy cleaning, allowing them to be used directly close to the filling line. The unique filler-head seal provides a high degree of ingress protection.
The PD22P pump filler-heads can fill volumes from less than 5 ml to more than 5000 ml.
