PF22 Tabletop Peristaltic Liquid Filler

PF22 — an extremely flexible and reliable tabletop peristaltic filler. The peristaltic filling principle offers the widely recognized advantages of filling accuracy, guarantee against contamination and ease of cleaning.

The hose through which the liquid is pumped can be changed in less than a minute. The isolated liquid transfer circuit eliminates the risk of cross-contamination, making the PF22 ideal for industrial pharmaceutical metering, metering of agar, metering for clinical trials or manufacturing processes where the precision metering of different types of liquids in various batch sizes is required.

The PF22 is designed with the most demanding operator requirements in mind. It has large keys and an intuitive menu to make setting or loading of filling parameters a simple operation, even for operators wearing gloves, or if the machine is behind a glass panel.
The adjustable metering speed and acceleration prevent splashing and foaming during the working process. The back suction function prevents dripping at the end of each metering stage.

The PF22 can be used as a stand-alone unit for manual filling, or with an automatic bottle filling system for large batch manufacturing to increase productivity.
